Symptoms

Note: we have just upgraded from 4.5 to 4.6.9
Due to client requests our FOLIO is formatted as HTML.
In the previous version the webpart this displayed correctly. Is there anyway to get the webpart to display the data as HTML?
Also can we customize what columns are displayed?
 

Diagnoses

This was never intended to be set as a feature in the 2013 Webparts. Labs created a request so the SharePoint 2013 Worklist List web part can represent HTML as the Workspace Worklist does.

 

Resolution

As for a workaround the only option at the moment is to set a SharePoint site in 2010 mode and use the Workspace Worklist Webpart and send the user to that site or redirect them to workspace.
