We are using the K2 Worklist Webpart in SharePoint. The issue we are facing is after almost 30 minutes of page load and if page is left idle, button on the Worklist starts just spinning and never stops (either you refresh by clicking the button after 30 minutes or setting the value of "Refresh Interval" for auto refresh e.g 60000). This occurs on Production environment and we are not able to produce it in development environment.

I have found the same scenario here. But the solution proposed here seems to be costly. We cann't reconfigure the whole load balancer of application. Is there any alternative solution for this issue. Or can we reproduce it on development environment so that we are able to explore more.
