K2 worklist not loading in portal
 

Diagnoses


When users attempt to load the portal a list of K2 worklist items should be displayed but the page attempts to load and after a long time, the page cannot be displayed message is presented. In the web server logs there is a corresponding timeout error. on subsequent attempts the information does load some times without issues.
 

Resolution

It may be an internal error and the web servers may have to be upgraded as there may be not enough memory for the database to remain operational on a consistent basis.
