I've got a situation where there are Worklist items but no corresponding process instances. Example:
If I look at the K2 Workspace Management Console->Workflow Server->Worklists I see:

There are NO corresponding items in K2 Workspace Management Console->Workflow Server->Processes->Process X->Instances
Where do I go from here? How do I diagnose the issue?
