i have design a portal in arabic , so all the localization changed from right to left ,
and the k2 work list took its layout and style from one of the new CSS classes i have.
how can i change the Worklist CSS file , or how can modify its design .

You wont be able to change the out of the box worklist webpart design. You have to write your own custom worklist for that.
Regarding the layout of the webpart, if you click "Edit WebPart" under the Layout section in settings, you can set Right to Left.

i am using blackpoint ,, can i do any custom development ?! as i know its only for blackpearl !!.. if so is there any material i can start with ?!
