Can we assign SharePoint group permission to start a K2 workflow? We see an option for adding AD Users directly on K2 workflow but there is no option to assign permissions to OOTB SharePoint group on K2 workflow

Also what permission do we need to give user to view the Process flow?
 

Diagnoses

This is related to a known issue regarding SharePoint 2010 Groups and K2 4.6.11. There is an existing TFS item (602123) logged for the issue.
 

Resolution

The Process portal site will allow you to assign workflow rights to SharePoint groups and users.
