Issue description:


 


When we submit any E-form(Ex:Cost-Center form ), the E-form goes into Error state. IN the process admin page -> Error logs we are getting this error message. 


 


A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied 




Can anyone help us?


Have you checked if the K2 service is in running state. Did you try restarting the service? Did this workflow ever worked before?


Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes K2 blackpearl service is up and running state. K2 service was restarted when the server was restarted. Workflow worked very well before and suddenly it stopped working.


 


Did you do any deployments recently. If so how did you deploy the workflow. Is it using MSBUILD or K2STUDIO. Also check all the environment variables have correct values.


Hi, There were no deployments to forms or workflows. I suspect  the windows server was patched afterwich the issu  occured. Also is there any possibility on where exactly I can check in workflow that the process is failing?

You can open the viewflow of the workflow instance or Error Profiles section in the workspace. Are you using blackpearl or blackpoint?
