Symptoms


Dear Support,

We have recently updated the K2 client tools (4.6.10). After the upgrade all existing workflow are not opening. Please find the snapshot, attached for two of the processes.
This is quite urgent as we could have to deploy latest workflows in production.

Diagnoses


we opened the k2 config file in the ProgramDataSourceCode directory and changed all the values to the correct k2 server, then started Rerunning the K2 setup manager for the client tools then restarting the machine resolved the issue
 

Resolution
