I have four people to approve a particular event/activity. Now I have to keep the four people but only two are needed to approve the particular event. Can you please tell me where I can change so all four doesn't have to approve the event?

Please note that in your case you will want to use 2 slots. I agree that reading the document is a good place to start. It has lots of info in there.
