Symptoms
Customer is planning to start utilizing k2 workdesk and understands that it is provided as is. She is requesting guidance on how she can restrict access to each workdesk? The topic is not covered in the PDF instructions. Is there any documentation covers that topic?
Diagnoses
There is not additional documentation on the topic beyond the basic Application Guide that comes with the download. K2 blackpearl in general does not have a granular security feature yet, although it is high on the feature request list and it will be added at some point.
Resolution
Several expert people were consulted and some work-arounds were attempted but did not provide security to the workdesk.
