We have several workflows using Infopath, sharepoint, K2.

It happens that the workflows are working very slow. The reason is: there are five approvers in the approval group. After one of them approves in the InfoPath form, K2 will remove this work item from the worklist of the other 4 apporvers. It takes a very long time to happen.

After one approvers is done, his status is changed to 'completed', but we can see from the K2 workspace report that the status of the other 4 approvers is still 'active'.

It takes K2 20-40 minutes to remove the approved item from the worklist of these other 4 approvers' worklist and change their status to 'complete' and move to the next step.

So if I am in the approver list, I see an item to be approved in "mysite" in sharepoint. If another approver approves this item, normally, K2 will work fast and I will see this itme disappear very fast. But now, this item will remain in "mysite" for 20-40 minutes after it has been approved by another approver. K2 needs a long time to remove it from my worklist.

What is the reason for this problem?
