i had developed a process using k2 blackpearl studio,
the task action field i gave it a infopath drop down list ,,,
the thing is what ever the action i take and press submit the error came up ("The following action is not valid for this task: ").
but when i tack the action from the tasklist webpart (MOSS 2007) the form submitted and every thing goes fine.
any Idea !!!!

Please confirm that my understanding is correct that you cannot submit when trying from within InfoPath, but directly from the worlist(not opening the form) it submits successfully.
Please advise if you are using InfoPath form services or the InfoPath thick client. If you use the thick client does it submit successfully? Also do you use a custom submit button?

its totally true i can submit the form from worklist but when i tried to submit from both side infopath form services and infopath client i get same error.
and about the custom submit button , i use a button with set of rules last rule is submit using data connection ( submit workflow connection that the K2 has generated)
