Symptoms

K2 Studio is not creating form states from Smartforms client events when called during a workflow. The form is checked in. I've tried hitting multiple forms and none of them have states created. Also killed Designer and Studio and restarted but that didn't help. This was working yesterday, but can't get it to work today.
 

Diagnoses

Form state associated to SmartForms Client event will only appear in SmartForms after the process is deployed.
 

Resolution

Customer was able to see the State added to SmartForms after deploying the process.
