Symptoms
- Context: K2 Studio > mail event > changing text
- K2 Studio freezes after changing either the font or size text in an email event,
- As a result, K2 Studio does not answer or it proposes to close the program.
- Error in log file : "General","1","GeneralErrorMessage","K2LogServer.LogProcInst","1 24129 A database error occurred : The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object"
Diagnoses
- Customer was informed the issue was resolved in K2 4.7 but he will not upgrade soon,
- Actually the issue is solved in K2 4.6.11.
Resolution
Workaround : chose "Plain Text" and then go back in HTML.
