On my first attempt creating a proces with infopath integration, K2 studio just crashes when dropping an activity on the canvas or when entering a wizard.
In fact, it crashes on every action.
To see if my project was corrupted, i created a new project and proces. Same problem.


I have no problems with Sharepoint integration.
Any ideas?

I have seen one customer with this issue due to certain permission restrictions to the account launching the K2Studio.exe.  Not sure if this might be related.


You could run a Process Explorer trace and see if it is trying to access some path or registry key and failing.

Thanks Johnny, that put me on the right track!
I tried creating a proces on the root site instead of in a sitecollection and that worked.
So it seems to be a permission restriction. I'll dive into that to see what's the diiference between to two sites.
