Symptoms

In the object browser of k2 studio, receiving an error ?There are no environments available in your environment?. When attempting to deploy a simple workflow in designer, received a "No default environment template selected" error.
 

Diagnoses

Found that the default template was incorrectly configured.

There were two environments, Production and Development, that were both set to default. Upon deleting one in workspace, it still resided in the DB tables.
 

Resolution

Through the stored procedure Environment.RemoveTemplate, we removed the template that was listed in the "deleted" environment and that fixed the issues.
