Symptoms
After upgrading to 4.6.9, users with Windows XP no longer able to use smartforms. Error received:
"K2 Smartforms Your browser's compatibility mode is not supported"
Diagnoses
Windows XP only supports up to Internet Explorer 8. K2 smartforms 4.6.9 deprecated support for IE8.
Resolution
If you cannot upgrade those client workstations to a supported Operating System, and therefore supported version of Internet Explorer, please consider using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as an alternative browser.
