I would like to find out how others design forms for PC/Tablet vs mobile use. Do you design two different forms and redirect the user based in resolution or are there other ways? (tables, hiding/showing views) I would like to find a way that would reduce duplication and ideally I would like to use one form which works on all devices. Please share your experiences and advice.
