Dears , 

i thought i would share this issue , since it may be interesting to anyone using k2 smartforms ,

when the issue is in design , when you show/hide controls in an Item View , hiding the controls in certain conditions will leave BLANK SPACES which is unwanted as a design .

here is a document for an approach i found best to handle these types of design issues (the blank spaces caused by invisible controls) .
