Symptoms

 

 

 

After upgrading to 4.6.10, users are seeing the following error when going to the K2 smartforms runtime site: 'Your browser is not supported'. Client machines effected are using Win 10 and IE 11 (Version: 11.0.10240.16590.)

 

 

 

Diagnoses

 


This is a known issue and there is a coldfix available for this. 

 

 

 

Resolution

 

 
After applying the fix, everything was working as expected. When you run into this issue, please contact K2 support and request the fix.
