I have installed the k2 smart form 1.0.6 (4.12165.1625.0) , but when i am trying to open the k2 desginer , i got the below error :
Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack' or one of its dependencies.(find attached the error)
Windows server 2012 Standard
SharePoint 2013
SQL server 2012 is installed on sepeate machine

When installing K2, K2 BlackPearl acts as the foundation. K2 Designer works in conjunction with the control pack which adds more controls to the designer, in order to get passed this error "SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack' or one of its dependencies" please install the control pack in order to be able to open and work with K2 Designer.
