K2 Service Accounts

One of our clients has same k2 service account, k2 workspace account for production, test and development under a windows domain.

Now the client wants to have new k2 service and workspace accounts for test and development. so that production server will have existing k2 service and k2 workspace accounts.

What are the steps to achieve this ?
