Symptoms
K2 Service Account does not display processes in Process Portal, even though permissions have been granted on those processes.
Diagnoses
This is a result of using the SharePoint System Account as the K2 Service Account. When using the SharePoint System Account, it does not use credentials as the Active Directory account that has permissions on the process.
Resolution
Use a different account to schedule the processes, or separate the K2 Service Account from the SharePoint service account.
