After changing the name of the K2.Net Server and following the forum posting for steps to do so, what modifications need to be made to the Solutions, Projects, and Processes on that server so that they continue to run?

Could you be more specific with what you are trying to do? If the client pages are pointing to the correct locations on the web server and if you export your process to the K2 server there should be no issues.
The studio is just a design tool - all the process definitions are exported to the K2 server where they will be run from.
