Symptoms


User received the following SmartAction error message, even though user sent a valid action:

"The K2 server did not understand your response for the worklist item."
 

Diagnoses


User's SmartAction reply is not on the first line of the email message. There are a couple of line breaks in front of the action specified by user.
 

Resolution

In order for SmartActions to work properly, users will have to specify the action on the first line of their response.
