Hi,

I have a little problem in the workflow process.

First, i assigned the User "A" as manager in the K2 roles and submitted a form for approval from the sharepoint , the task is assigned to the user "A" properly.

Then i changed the Manager as User "B", saved the role and submitted a new form from sharepoint, but still the form is assigned to the user "A".

When i manually refreshed the roles under the process menu in Management console then the changes are taking effect and the next form is assigned to the user "B".

My question here is Do i have to manually refresh the roles everytime i make changes to the role or is there any other way to do it?
