Please ensure that the relevant permissions have been given to the relevant users, also ensure that the required prerequsites are installed and working perfectly  as indicated int the document that you used http://help.k2.com/helppages/K2smartformsControlPack1.0/default.htm#Report%20Controls/Report_Controls.html and if you are using internet explorer ensure that you use Internet explorer 8,9 or 10 as internet explorer 6 and 7 is not supported. Actually I did everything as described in the links. Still nothing works !

Please try to run the K2 smartforms Control Pack in repair mode from the installer.

After doing the above, if the outcome where you cannot use any of the report controls is still the same then try to remove the control pack and reinstall it, if this also did not solve your issue then i suggest that you log a support ticket.
