Is it possible that after saving the reports in K2 workspace we can create a batch file for all the reports from the saved folder and run in any environment, so that the reports will get available in that respective environment.

I'm not sure if I completely understand the question, but the reports use Report Definition Language just like SSRS and .NET reports. You can move reports that you create to another report server environment or .NET environment by moving the report definition and configuring the data sources in the new environment.
