K2 project not working in Visual Studio 2015
 

Diagnoses

After installing Visual Studio 2015, you are not able to open up a K2 project that was created in Visual Studio 2012.

You get the following error.

"...project type (.k2proj) is not supported by this version of this application"
 

Resolution

You can get around this issue by uninstalling all versions of visual studio and uninstalling all versions of K2 from the system. After this installing Visual studio enterprise 2013 and installing K2 after should resolve the issue.
