There is exe downloadble from Workflow Server > Processes > EventCustomCode > EventCustomCode > Versions->Source column.
What is that exe? is it i can run on any other environment server to deploy that process version there?

It's just a self-extracting zip file. You will still need to open the extracted items in K2 Studio or VS and deploy from there (or create an MSBuild package).
