Symptoms


After upgrade to 4.6.10 we cannot create process schedules on the process portal. We get the An unexpected error has occurred message.

This issue was originally solved in ticket 95927.

We had to make some changes to IIS bindings and them we reran K2 Configuration. This error returned. We reran the script provided to correct the Claims configuration but it did not solve the problem this time.

 

Diagnoses


Running the script to generate claims for a SharePoint 2010 site added a new claimtype map to the table.
 

Resolution

We removed one extra Type Mapping from the table which was created during the execution of the last script. After doing that the issue got resolved.
