Workflow history in sharepoint was not showing all workflows executed in the environment.

Resolution
Not every workflow is meant to appear in that workflow history section you are working with. The design of that page was not meant as a report but rather as a way to manually start processes for a given SharePoint item. The instances shown there are strictly limited to only instances started directly from that page. So if for example you start a process with something like a button click from a form it will not appear in that workflow history section by design.
