Symptoms

Dear Team,

After successful installation on the production server, the package and deployment tool was not available.
We also tried adding through Microsoft Management Console, attached are the screenshots with the errors while adding it through MMC.

Appreciate your inputs on this.
 

Diagnoses

From the K2 INSTALLATION FOLDER select the Setup.exe file from the K2 Blackpear Installation folder , then right click and run as admin. When the K2 setup manager window appears kindly select the Modify option then select the Package and deployment check box.
