Symptoms
Dear Support,
We are facing an issue whereby K2 is not able to send email to any of the participants for all of the processes. Please find attached K2 host server logs and event viewer logs.
For your information the K2 user email box recently migrated to office 365 but the email address remain same.
Please advise.

Diagnoses
We applied debug assemblies then reapplied the backed up ddls after doing a k2 service restart. issue was resolved.
Resolution
The respected customer closed the ticket with the following note:
"
This issue is resolved! and all of the emails are now going through.
"
We applied the debug assemblies and removed them later
