I'm looking for a workflow management solution that will work with SharePoint Services and I'm considering K2.net. But all documentation about K2.NET states that it will integrate with SharePoint Portal Server 2003. Will it work with SharePoint Services?

Yes, K2.net 2003 will indeed integrate with both Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and WSS.
