Hi all,

 

Probably a very trivial question, but we have a workflow setup that is initiated from a scanned document using Kofax.

 

Anyway, the process that picks up the scan is redirecting it to an AD group that is working just fine for past users.......document scanned, ends up on their worklist.....tickety-boo.

 

However, customer has added a new user to all of the same AD groups as an existing user, however.......K2 does not seem to see them.

 

For example, if i go into the K2.net 2003 Service manager........and drill down into worklists.....and select today only.....i see all of the processes in flight that have been kicked off by a scan......each job allocated to all users.......i.e 1 sacnned document with 20 instances (one for each user) but not one of these instances is for th enew user.

 

Am i missing a step here......do i need to restart K2 or populate anythign in K2 to make this happen?
