Symptoms
"An error occurred when trying to create a controller of type 'CategoryController'. Make sure that the controller has a parameterless public constructor." when click on forms (Application Forms) in K2 mobile.
The problem exists on two servers.
Diagnoses
On the Mobile There is an error on the Application forms "An error occurred when trying to create a controller of type 'CategoryController'. Make sure that the controller has a parameterless public constructor."
The customer has recently done a k2 Blackpearl repair.
When a K2 Blackpearl repair is needed a Smartforms repair as well as a K2 blackpearl for Sharepoint 2013 repair is also necessary. Repairing K2 Smartforms and K2 for Sharepoint 2013 should resolved the issue.
Running the SF repair resolved the issue.
