Hi All,

I need some serious help as we're having authentication issues with K2 and the DC.

Basically what's happening is we're trying to submit a k2 form as a AD user however it isn't finding the user on the DC.

I've looked at the AD String in K2 and I think I need to change it

This is what it is now:-

BOMBELAOP
LDAP://DC=BOMBELAOP,DC=CO,DC=ZA

I think I need to change it to LDAP:ZAJHB0DC04 which is our DC server.

It's not letting me edit the above field. I've tried adding a new one however the netbios name is BOMBELAOP like the one above and see's it as a duplicate.

Can someone please assit as this is urgent :(

Thanks,

Sean

I think you're barking up the wrong tree.  Normally the configs just contains the LDAP string to the domain you're users are located in in Active Directory.  It doesn't link directly to a specific DC since AD will refer it to the correct DC after receiving the query.

What is the actual error you're receving or the exact problem?

Are there multiple domains in your enviornment.  If so there is a K2 KB article about how to enable multi domains in K2.
