200.IDO - Gathering specifications and requirements for K2 projects

Included in the archive are the Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, .PDF student guides for both modules, as well as a self-extracting .exe archive for the 200.IDO module. (The K2 Learning-200.IDO. exe executable contains various templates and questionnaires used during analysis and specification phases,  and will extract these files to a local directory on your computer.)

These learning modules are intended to help Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Development Team Leaders achieve successful K2 Project implementations. They are not intended to discuss the technical features and functionality of the K2 platform; instead, they are intended to help you learn the "soft-skills" that are required to evaluate and analyze requirements and gather specifications for K2 projects. The principles we discuss will help you achieve successful K2 projects. You can apply the same skills in other projects as well: many of the concepts and principles we discuss apply equally well to other IT projects.

We recommend starting with the 200.BSB module, followed by the 200.IDO module. Feel free to re-use and modify the template documents and content for your own internal use, but please bear in mind that K2 retains copyright over the content of these modules.
