Symptoms

When creating and deploying a project in K2 for Visual Studio 2013 that is integrated with a SharePoint 2013 site, deployment on the initial attempt succeeds, but if you try to deploy again within the same session, the deployment fails with an error saying:

"Access to the path 'SourceCode.SharePoint15.DeploymentTask.dll' is denied "
 

Diagnoses

This has been identified as a bug. Visual Studio keeps the SourceCode.SharePoint15.DeploymentTask.dll in memory after it is loaded during the original deployment.
 

Resolution

Labs has been able to identify what was causing the issue, and a fix is available for this issue in 4.6.10.
