After upgrading the server using the folllowing steps:

1. K2 blackpearl 4.6.11

2. K2 smartforms 4.6.11

3. K2 smartforms Control Pack 4.6.11

4. K2 for SharePoint  4.6.11

On the  SharePoint 2013 APP Server I run  the App Deployment to the web app. 

I navigate to the site.

I navigate to site contents.

I go to ... of the K2 blackpearl for SharePoint App.

I go to about. 

I click on get it for the new version

I click on the Trust It button.

It takes a while to finish. I click on the app.

I click on the Registration Wizard.

I verify the url.

I click on Next and it tells me that there is a new version of the app. 

I have tried this several times. Let me know if anybody has had this happen to them. Thanks.
