I'm new to K2. I don't know where to start with i.e. Black pearl / Black point for SharePoint server 2010.

I need to know the following details:

• What are the K2 software’s needed for SharePoint server 2010?
  
• Difference b/w Black pearl & Black point
  
• Provide me the links to download K2 black pearl Developer Reference, K2 Black pearl user guide, K2 Black pearl tutorials, K2 Black pearl getting started guide
  

I'm unable to download the documentation from K2 site after login.
