K2 for Sharepoint Performance!

User are experiencing Smartforms to be very slow
 

Resolution

We found that Smartforms performance was related to a workflow that was constantly running. After putting the instances into a stopped state and restarting the K2 blackpearl service, Smartforms performance dramatically improved. Customer will investigate these looping WFs and perhaps increase the polling interval or seek different implementations if possible.

1. Regarding the Delegation settings for the "K2 Windows Token Service", please see the KB article below:

* Each server (your K2 Server in this case) only needs to delegate HTTP service types TO ITSELF because the service is installed locally on that server.

2. As you are also currently using the 14 K2 Databases schema, please also consider a database consolidation as it will be required for later K2 updates:
