Symptoms

This is a hybrid environment Blackpearl 4.7 on premise connected to Office365/Sharepoint Online. Previously generated artifacts (SmartObjects, Views, Forms and Workflow) against a list/library disappeared when re-launching the K2 Application (only the 'Create New Application'/'Deploy Solution' is available).

Workflows using the 'Item Added' event does not start and the 'Applications and Services Log > K2' also throws error for the Remote Event Receiver:

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value

When editing the 'Item Added' condition, the error below is thrown:

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: rootWebUrl
 

Diagnoses

This is an issue due to recent Sharepoint UI changes for Office365/Sharepoint Online New UI vs Classic UI.
 

Resolution

A codefix was provided to resolve these issues. For any Lists/Libraries that are missing the artifact (previously had them), please use the 'Create New Application' option but ONLY select the 'Data/Create SmartObject' option. This will relink artifacts that had previously existed. Please log a support ticket to request this fix.
