K2 for SharePoint Designer processes locked to their creators
 

Diagnoses

Locked flags set in tDesigner].nProcessSharingDetail]
 

Resolution

Viewed VDesigner].iProcessSharingDetail] and saw two processes were locked. They were early versions of two different workflows with ProcIDs 5 and 6. Manually unlocked the workflows from the DB with the following steps:

- In the >K2] Database -> Tables, Select Top 1000 Rows on 0Designer].DProcessSharingDetail]

- Edit and change the Locked value to 0, or run the oDesigner].[ProcessUnlockSharedProcess] stored procedure, inputting a ProcID for the process that you wish to unlock.
