I am trying to deploy a workflow from SharePoint site A to another site. On deploy package screen, destination is shown as my source site. Shouldn't it show my target site where I am doing the deployment? Screenshot is attached. Site highlited in green is the site where I created the package and target site is shown in on top left "K2Dutt".

Where do I configure? In dropdown I am not seeing the target subsite. Target site is a subsite under my source site. Can it cause any issues?

I see, no, it doesn't cause any issue.
as it's a subsite then it will have the same service instance of the parent site which is the 'projects'. you just need to make sure of the mappings when you configure the instance:
make sure you select the target list/library smartobject, by default it uses the source smo as you are still using the same service instance.
