The K2 server can support this.

We are running a K2 server that is used by SharePoint 2010, 2013 on-prem and SharePoint Online.

Just make sure you install all the relevant components onto the correct SharePoint servers and that K2 for SharePoint is installed on the K2 server and all should be good.

That's interesting - because K2 support just told us this:

Me: Is it possible to have the 'K2 for SharePoint' and 'K2 for SharePoint 2013' on the same server? (The existing server is used with SP2010, but we need to also support SharePoint Online, as we migrate sites from SP2010 to SP Online.)

K2 Support: This is possible yes but only if you have SP 2013 with site running in SP 2010 mode (Hybrid).

So it sounds like you have got exactly what we need - which is great, beause the alternative would be to have a 2nd K2 server just for Online, which would be expensive.
