Diagnoses
Click on the K2 App icon and receive the 'This page can't be displayed' with 3 bulleted items:
•Make sure the web address http://cwdev.cirrus.com is correct
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
and a button that states 'Fix Connection Problems' which has no luck fixing.
The only thing done since the install on Thursday 7/2 was a change of the temp licensing to the full/real licensing.
Resolution
1. The SharePoint Group 'site owners' was removed which K2 did not like and
2. we changed the prefix of the app catalog items. With a recent change being made to the VM settings regarding memory we needed to do a reboot so we went ahead and did that. Upon reloading I then recreated the Sharepoint group that was missing and was then able to connect to everything as expected.
