Yes. You can add a table with the same columns and rows and start drag and dropping all the controls.

Or you can use a 1x1 table where you need to have the complete toolbar.

Thanks I am in the process of doing that. I created a table at the top and have dragged and dropped the fields into the new table. The new table has the full view tool bar.

The issue still remains that I can not deleted the old rows that I move the fields from.

Try adding a new control to those rows and see if Remove/Delete button deletes the row.

There might be something else bothering, can you send us a screenshot?
