Symptoms


Dear Support

K2 server couldnt identfy the EWS url in the Exchange server step in the setup manager wizard.

SourceCode.Workflow.Common.EWS: Autodiscover not available and mail cannot be sent. Reconfigure K2 server with valid Exchange settings.

 

Diagnoses


In an online session we reconfigured k2 and checked the connectionstringeditor and changed the userID to be DomainUser
 

Resolution

the respected customer ordered this ticket be closed.
